Rita Walsh - Personal Profile

 Rita Walsh has worked in the financial services industry for over 15 years. She started as a packager for Bear Stearns, Mortgage Trust and Bristol and West. Anticipating a rapidly changing market she went to work with forward thinking packagers and was an integral part in building AMF (now Pink) and Wilson Insurance (now Personal Touch).

In a fast paced industry, Rita went on to run a number of call centres dedicated to the broker market producing good quality mortgage leads. Working with all the major life companies; Canada Life, Royal Life, L&G and General Portfolio, in fact any direct sales force that wanted access to leads. As the direct sales market changed and disappeared she went on to be a Director of her own mortgage company and remains CMAP qualified.

Her past marketing experience delivered over 300 mortgage cases per month. Mortgage Day and the changes that brought to the way a company could use their own call centre set her off on the path she follows today. Rita is now a freelance business development consultant, specialising in Debt Solutions, Buy to Let and Lifetime Mortgage Leads. Rita is always available and willing to help a broker to increase their business potential. Rita has been working with EuroDebt as a freelance consultant since November 2007.
