Home recovery specialists DB Housing Solutions continue to benefit from collaboration with EuroDebt
Friday 17th April 2009DB Housing joined the Introducer Scheme in April after attending the first round of EuroDebt workshops and started referring cases with a "fact find" in May 2008. Since then they have continued to refer a steady stream of cases and have developed a strong working relationship with their EuroDebt Franchise Mentor, Paul Sowerby.
Dan Lowerson, Director of DB Housing Solutions, comments; "Our client profile and business model work well with that of EuroDebt and we have established a number of mutual client relationships where our respective debt solutions have been complementary. We like the EuroDebt home visit model and have found all the Regional Advisors to be very professional."
The DB Housing solution is best suited to clients:
- with mortgage arrears or facing repossession
- coming to the end of a fixed rate and who can?t now re-finance
- who are retired or on benefits
- with poor credit history, unable to source re-mortgage / secured loan products for the purpose of consolidation
- on unrealistic self-cert mortgages
- in Debt Management Plans or IVAs
Paul Sowerby, DB Housing's Franchise Mentor comments; "We now have a good understanding of how their solution works and how our range of non-financial debt solutions can work either alongside or as an alternative to their services. There have been instances where DB Housing's services have been directly applicable to cases that I have self-generated."
Concluding, Vance Parsons, EuroDebt Sales Director commented; "We have developed a strong working relationship with the team at DB Housing and are looking forward to expanding business activities in the New Year."
