Derby based Mortgage Advisor realises the benefits of diversifying and targeting his client base
Tuesday 21st April 2009Jim Brannan, mortgage advisor, attended one of EuroDebt's regional events at the end of 2008 and met his local Debt Advisor, Mark Giacone. Since then Jim has built up a pipeline of commission income based upon regular referrals to EuroDebt, where he completes a 'fact find' prior to Mark visiting the prospective client.
“Registering to become a EuroDebt Introducer was very straightforward and I was able to establish an immediate working relationship with Mark. Our approach builds confidence with the client and the personal approach is consistent with my business ethos. I am now seeing a steady stream of referrals per month convert into successful debt solution cases and a new revenue stream,” confirmed Jim.
Mark Giacone added: “Jim has been successfully working his own client bank and we are now looking at expanding this into new business prospecting as a natural progression, using the EuroDebt Marketing Toolkit. This is now even easier since the launch of the on-line ordering facility. Jim's average commission per case is running at just under £400, though he has generated one case with a maximum commission of over £750.”
Vance Parsons, EuroDebt Sales Director commented: “The business relationship between Jim and Mark is an important one, in that building trust with both the referrer and the prospective client are critical success factors in establishing repeat business and giving confidence to develop alternative debt solutions as an additional revenue stream.”
